Course overview

This LGBT training is great for anyone interested in LGBTQ+ issues. You will develop your knowledge of language, stereotyping and assumptions relating to lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people in the workplace. You will learn about LGBTQ+ history and culture, as well as organisational policies and legislation that affects LGBTQ+ people at work, and gain the knowledge you need to promote inclusion in the workplace.
