NG1 – An Open book exam assessment, wherein you will use your knowledge along with researching to answer set questions. You will have 24-hours from start, to complete and submit. This will then be followed up within a 2-week period by an interview conducted by your tutor or a team member. The interview will require you to explain your answers with appropriate responses to questions asked on your submission.
Pass Mark Required – 45%
NG2 – A Practical Risk Assessment / Report submission, based on your individual workplace.
Using the knowledge and understanding, you will be required to compile a Health & Safety Risk Assessment report. This will focus on hazards identified within your individual work setting, explaining existing measures, how / if they can be improved and within a specific timeframe if appropriate.
Pass Mark Required – 100%.*
*Please note this is marked externally by NEBOSH, and outcomes are subject to the examiners opinion, marking at the time. If unsuccessful, you will receive a ‘Referral’ grade along with feedback on areas to improve.
Delegates who may not be successful on their assessments can re-sit at the centre’s set dates – £64.00 per assessment method.
