NCFE CACHE Understanding Children and Young People’s Mental Health – Distance Learning – Level 2

Modules include:

• Understand Children and Young People’s Mental Health in Context
• Understand Factors which may Affect Children and Young People’s Mental Health
• Understand Children and Young People’s Mental Health Concerns
• Understand the Impact of Children and Young People’s Mental Health Concerns
• Understand how to Support Children and Young People with Mental Health Concerns

This is a flexible course, studied online and will be undertaken at home.

The course is delivered and assessed online; those that apply will need a computer/laptop with internet access.

You will also need to have the skills to be able to complete Level 2 written online assessments.

Learners are assessed throughout their course by a series of short answer assessment questions. You will answer a handful of relevant assessment questions at the end of each section you complete, before submitting your answers for your tutor to mark.

Successfully completing a course with us can definitely improve your career prospects as you will have gained a nationally recognised qualification. NCFE is a highly respected organisation with strict standards and requirements which each course is tailored to.

One progression opportunity to consider would be an Access to Higher Education course at Middlesbrough College which could help get you into University.

Distance learning courses are free for qualifying learners over the age of 19. You will be required to complete the course within 12 weeks. If you withdraw prior to completing the course or do not complete the course within the required 12 weeks you will be liable to pay a £50 admin fee.
