NCFE CACHE Diploma in Adult Care – Level 3

The qualification covers a wide range of areas which includes units covering:

• aspects of support
• specialisms
• clinical skills or healthcare tasks
• leadership and management skills
  

It is aimed at all those who wish to work or are already working in health and social care settings in England.

Various start dates available. 100% attendance is required to pass the course. Students will study 2 days per week, between 10am – 2pm.

Learners are required to have:

• Level 2 Diploma in care or equivalent.
• Level 2 English and Maths or willing to attain while on the course.
• Learners will need to be working, volunteering or on practical placement, as they need to show competence in both knowledge and skills.

Learners who achieve this qualification could progress to the following job roles:

• employment
• lead adult care worker
• senior care support worker
• lead personal assistant

Learners can also progress onto further education in Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (England).
