Fd Hospitality Management – Part Time – Level 5

Year 1 core modules include:

• On-Licensed Trade Management
• The Work Environment and Reflective Practice

Year 2 core modules include:

• Business Development and Entrepreneurship
• International Culture and Communications
• International Culture and Communications
• Managing Event in the Hospitality profession
• Room Division Management
• Industry Related Project

Learning is face to face.

• You must have achieved 48 UCAS tariff points from an appropriate Level 3 qualification (NVQ 3, BTEC Award, A Level or relevant T Level qualification).
• You are also required to have GCSE passes at grade 4 (C) or equivalent in English and maths.
• Non-standard applicants for both full and part time modes of study will be considered based on individual merit and industrial experience relevant to the programme. This decision will be determined by interview.

You will be assessed through coursework designed to demonstrate your ability to meet the learning outcomes of the programme.

To support you, a variety of assessment methods are used to enhance your experience as well as to help you develop key transferable skills.

Part time students are supported to complete work based projects in your workplace.

Successful students may choose to progress to the BA (Hons) Hospitality Management, a one year top-up programme also delivered at the College, to gain a full honours degree award.
