Access to Higher Education Diploma (Health) (Distance Learning) – Level 3

Learners will study:

• Values Based Health Care
• Contemporary Issues in Health Care
• Psychology and Sociology of Health
• Maths
• Human Biology
• Disease and the Immune Response

September – June, Distance Learning (100% online course)

Applicants must be 19 years or older and have achieved a GCSE or equivalent in maths, English and science at grade 4 (C) or above.

You will be assessed by various methods which are designed to prepare you for the assessment methods you will experience at University.

This qualification will provide you with a range of transferable skills, allowing you to progress onto a range of our HE courses.

You may be required to pay fees depending on your residency status, educational background and personal circumstances.

Advanced Learner Loan: If you are aged 19-23 and this is not your first full Level 3 qualification or you are aged 24 or over on the start date of the course, you will have to pay fees. However, you may qualify for an Advanced Learner Loan. You can apply for an Advanced Learning Loan from Student Finance England (SFE) to fund all or part of the fee.
