Adam Hatfield

We sat down with our new Business Admin Apprentice for Northern Skills, Adam Hatfield!

Adam is already a familiar face in the College, having previously studied A Levels in Business, Sociology, and Law, as well as being a Student Leader for A Levels and a Student Ambassador.

Adam told us his day-to-day involves: rounds of initial calls, booking interviews for the team, drop-in sessions, updating live candidates, checking over CVs and much more! He also has carried on supporting the College’s Open Events.

“I chose the apprenticeship pathway because I wasn’t interested in progressing to University. I wanted to start working, build my experience, and be hands-on as I learn.

“I’ve really enjoyed the transition from student to staff in the College. I work in a lovely team and immediately felt integrated. We all work well together and always are there to give each other help in our work if needed

“My ambitions for the future are to work my way up to a management role!”
