Overview

This course will allow you to take an increasing responsibility for your own learning and personal ambitions. You will study fashion retail environments including historical and contemporary contexts, specialist study and preparation for progression, fashion futures and sustainability, a project proposal and a personal extended project in fashion business and retail.

Entry requirements

You must have achieved the Level 3 Diploma in Fashion Business and Retail. School leavers are not able to apply for this course.

You will be assessed through a graded portfolio of evidence which will include sketchbook development, written projects, presentations and a final major project.

University Opportunities

Past students have progressed to study degrees in fashion, fashion retail, fashion communications, visual merchandising, fashion styling, fashion management, fashion marketing, fashion buying, fashion consumerism and sustainability.

Career Opportunities

These Include retail, management, digital retail, marketing, fashion communications, visual merchandising, buying, promotion, fasgion forecasting, fashion design and other head head office roles.

Tuition fees are free if you are a UK or home- fee status student and aged 16-18 on the 31st August before the start of your course.

If you are aged 19 or over, you may be required to pay fees depending on your residency status, educational background and personal circumstances.
