This is an A Level Mix it up programme. You will study this course alongside A Levels.

This course enables you to develop skills for media production.  You will learn how to develop an idea from planning to creation; what you need to consider when creating products for specific target audiences and how different parts of the media industry function, together with the technical skills required to create a media product.

If you aspire to be a journalist, there will be a unit focus on journalism and the news industry together with an investigation to the changing nature of the media due to social media and globalisation, encouraging to question how the media landscape is changing, and is this for the better?
