Overview

Applied Psychology allows you to explore a fascinating insight into the science of human behaviour. After studying the foundations of psychology and research methods, you will investigate a variety of behaviours including gender, aggression, business psychology, health psychology and forensic psychology. This course also allows you to conduct your own psychological investigation, preparing you well for future studies. Assessment is through a mix of external examinations and internally assessed assignments.

Entry requirements

You should have achieved at least five 9-5 grades at GCSE (not equivalents), including English language and maths. An average GCSE point score of 5.5 recommended (only GCSE grades for this score, not equivalents).
