Overview

This technical qualification has been developed in collaboration with employers and businesses so that the content meets the needs of industry and prepares you for work. T Levels will offer you a mixture of classroom learning and ‘on-the-job’ experience during an industry placement of at least 315 hours (approximately 45 days). They will provide the knowledge and experience needed to open the door into skilled employment, further study or a higher apprenticeship within the related field.

This course is aimed at anyone with a desire to pursue a career in the Digital Industry such as web development, software developer and data analyser. This course will cover topics including: business context, data management and modelling, data analysis, digital environments, security, software and hardware development.

Entry requirements

You must have achieved an appropriate Level 2 vocational qualification and /or four GCSEs at grade 4/5 (C) or above including English and maths at a grade 5.

This course is equivalent of three A-Levels and with successful completion of this course you can progress onto higher education at university, a higher level apprenticeship or employment in related specialist areas.
