You must be 18 years or over by 31 December in your first year of study.
You must have achieved 48 UCAS tariff points from a Level 3
qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject.
You must commit to gaining experience working in the early years sector and
have access to 150 hours (as a minimum) working in an early years setting (paid
or voluntary work).
You must also have a commitment to continuing professional development in the
early years sector.
This course requires a DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
You will also have to attend an interview prior to joining the programme.
To apply to Level 5/year two, you must have 120 credits at Level 4 in a child
care foundation degree or equivalent.
You must also have a commitment to continuing professional development in the
early years sector and complete an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS
check).
