Teaching methods will include lectures, seminars, tutorials, industry guest
speakers and visits to work settings.
You will plan visits to a range of settings related to the social and public
sector, and connected to your own areas of specialist interest. This provides a
strong focus on embedding employability, professional skills and knowledge into
the course.
In addition to the above, you are expected to commit to approximately 25
hours a week of independent study in preparation for teaching sessions and
preparing for and completing assessment.
