You will learn how to prepare, cook and serve a range of fresh and pre-prepared foods using a variety of techniques and skills.

Entry requirements

There are no entry requirements.

You will be assessed on a weekly basis in class.

£60, this includes all equipment provided and ingredients.

Please note this course is full cost and therefore learners are unable to get any fee remission.

All equipment will be provided.

Catering and Hospitality students will have the opportunity to work in our award winning training restaurant, The Waterside Brasserie. The restaurant is open to the public across the week and all the food is prepared and served by our students in one of our five fully equipped industrial kitchens.
