• Duration7 weeks

Experience or basic knowledge of sewing and reading patterns is essential to the course. If you do not have this, we recommend our Introduction to Dressmaking course.

As well as the students continuing their projects on the from beginners course, new students enrolling on the intermediate will learn specialised skills in soft sewing, corsetry and tailoring, challenging the construction of the garment they wish to make during the 7 week programme. For new students enrolling, they will need to bring with them a garment pattern, a set square/pattern master, fabric scissor, a tracing wheel as well as basic stationery.
