Entry requirements

There are no formal entry qualifications for this course, but you will need to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of written and spoken English.

You will be assessed by means of a 30 question multiple-choice examination paper.

The course will be delivered using a variety of teaching methods including group activities and presentations.

You can progress onto the CIEH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering course.

Former students are working in the catering and hospitality industry, applying the knowledge and skills acquired on this course for the benefit of staff and customers.


Please note, this course is a full cost course and therefore there is no fee remission available to any student.
