This course will provide you with the opportunity to develop your academic knowledge and understanding of the management of hospitality & culinary operations.

Drawing upon a range of practical operational activity, you will consider the influence of the wider economic, political, legal, social, ethical and international contexts that shape and change the sector.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

A related qualification at Level 5 (Foundation Degree or equivalent).

You will be assessed through a variety of assessment methods, including, essays, presentations, research tasks, projects and case studies.

On successful completion of this programme you can progress to study a master’s qualification. You are also equipped to find employment in a range of culinary, hospitality, business, management and administrative jobs in the UK and overseas.

Fees payable directly to Middlesbrough College, £6,150 per year.
