Northern Skills Group is Middlesbrough College's commercial training arm
You will study 10 units over the course of the year, this will include mainly theory based work with some elements of practical.
You will be expected to write assignments to the requirements of a level 4 qualification subject to the amount of words requested within the brief. You will study 2 days in college and will be expected to do your assignment writing from home and meet tight deadlines.

You must have achieved a Level 3 in hairdressing or Level 3 in beauty therapy.
You should also have a GCSE grade 4 (C) in English.
Assignment per unit (estimated 2000w per assignment).
Some units are assessed through presentations.
Some units assessed with both assignment and practical assessments.
Funded for 16-18 year olds.
Advanced learner loan available for 19+ learners.
