OVERVIEW

The airport and airline sector has witnessed unprecedented growth during the last decade and the number of passengers passing through UK airports is set to increase from 229 million in 2015 to 450 million by 2030, according to the Department for Transport. This huge growth means that graduates with skills in aviation operations are highly sought after.

The content on the BA (Hons) Airport and Airline Passenger Management course reflects our links with employers, and our teaching emphasises the connections between theories and practice.

You’ll develop management and business skills that are fundamental to get ahead in this vibrant industry.

Trips are will be an integral part of the course, to include the opportunity to visit both international and UK airports and Airlines.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

You must have achieved an appropriate foundation degree or Level 5 equivalent.

Teaching methods will include lectures, seminars, workshops and tutorials designed to support the development of understanding of the key content and themes of the programme of study.

Academic support is designed to facilitate student learning through supported student-led sessions, critical to developing graduate skills and support future career development.

You will be assessed through a variety of assessment methods, including, essays, presentations, research tasks, projects and case studies.

Fees payable directly to Middlesbrough College, £8,500 per year.
