Morgan was reappointed to the Board in October 2020.
Following a career as an academic lawyer, Morgan became the Secretary and Registrar of Teesside University, with responsibility on the Executive team for governance / legal issues and for support services – ranging from ICT and estates to student and academic services.
Morgan is the Chair of Nunthorpe Parish Council and takes a leading role in various community activities.
