Sub Committee: Search and Governance
Sarah was a College Governor for over twenty years before stepping down at the end of her final Term of Office on the 31 July 2016.
Sarah is an experienced commercial manager in industry and the public sector, and has 22 years’ experience as change management consultant and executive coach.
A founder partner in Shepherd Taylor Partnership, a consultancy and coaching company specialising in management of change. Works mainly in the public sector on delivery of targets, integrating services, organisational and individual development with a range of clients across the North East and Yorkshire.
Sarah was the Vice Chair of the Governing Body and was also the Chair Curriculum and Standards Committee. Sarah was also a member of the Audit & Risk Committee, Remuneration Committee and the Search & Governance Committee.
Sarah remains in close contact with the College and has become an External Member of the Search & Governance Committee from the 1st August 2016 so that she can continue to contribute in the recruitment and development of new and current Governors.
