College Celebrates Chinese New Year

The Commercial Catering Team celebrated the Chinese New Year with a special Theme Day and Menu.
This year being “The Year of the Dragon” the staff decorated the Bistro and offered customers a taste of the Orient with a choice of authentically made dishes like Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup, Salt Chilli Ribs, Kung Pao Beef with Vegetables and Cashew Nuts, Char-Siu Pork with Bean Sprouts and Pak Choi.

customers enjoying the food and accepting their complimentary fortune cookie for the year ahead!
