Higher Education
Not a lot of people realise, but Middlesbrough College has over 1,000 students following Higher Education courses.

Thanks to a partnership agreement with Teesside University, we can offer qualifications which are awards of Teesside University.

Our Higher Education courses appeal to all kinds of people. You may be:
  • A workplace learner
  • An employee who wants to improve their career prospects
  • Unemployed and looking for work
  • An A Level learner who wants a work related qualification
  • An Advanced Apprentice who is looking for the next career step
  • Someone who has a BTEC National Diploma/AVCE/NVQ at Level 3 or an Access to HE qualification and wants to progress.
Many of our Higher Education courses are delivered on a part-time basis to fit in with other commitments you may have. We can provide tuition during the day or evening and can accommodate learners who attend on a day release from work basis.
