Our courses are short, flexible and can be tailored to your individual needs. They are aimed at helping you gain job specific skills and knowledge to help enhance your job prospects and find a route into sustainable employment.

How will you know what training you need? 
Job Centre Plus and/or Middlesbrough College Advisors will help you identify the appropriate training for you. Middlesbrough College will discuss with you the type of work you are looking for, explain the training required and identify appropriate courses on offer. We can help to identify other support you will need to help you find that job.
