If your business is to be successful you need to compete, in order to compete you need to train your employees.
Middlesbrough College has been successful in achieving Train to Gain funding which will support employers in the cost of training their workforce.
By ensuring your employees have the right skills to do the best job, Train to Gain can help boost productivity and keep you ahead of the competition. Train to Gain is a flexible, responsive service for employers offering both training and skills advice.
New funding flexibilities were made available from the 1st August 2008 which allows further funding through Train to Gain.
Train to Gain provides funding for first and additional level 2 qualifications and first level 3 qualifications* across all sectors regardless of size of employer.
For example if you have employees who already have a level 2 qualification they maybe able to get funding for a second level 2 in your occupational area – contact us to find out how this can help training your workforce.
