Hell’s Kitchen: Middlesbrough College V Thistle Hotel Middlesbrough
Join us for an exclusive event. Our NVQ 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery students have been divided into two teams led by Neil Rowcroft catering and hospitality chef lecturer, and Richard Hardy, Head Chef of The Thistle Hotel Middlesbrough.
The cost of the evening is £35.00 per person including a bucks fizz drink on arrival canapés, 3 course dinner, coffee and petit fours.
Hell’s Kitchen Rules:
Each team will produce a 3 course menu. Consisting of a fish course, a main course beef dish and chefs own choice of dessert. Our concept is for your party to order from different menus and critique the food chosen.
Each guest within your party must choose a team/menu. At the time of booking, you will be provide with both menu’s and by return you'll be asked that you will provide us with your choice of meal and payment in advance.
It would be preferred if you could divide your choice equally within your party.
The evening is limited to 40 guests. Due to the popularity of the event full pre-payment will be required in advance to secure a table.
