Middlesbrough College, although obliged statutorily to commit to a Disability Equality Scheme, is, notwithstanding, committed to pursuance of enabling all members of its community to realise their full potential. The underlying value system of the College is such that we will strive not only to meet minimum requirements, but create a wholly inclusive environment where all staff and learners are signatories to the same.
