We understand that not everyone has decided which course they want to study straight away so check out our courses, HERE.

You can view and download our latest prospectuses (Full Time, Part Time, Higher Education, Access to Higher Education), HERE.

What If I Haven’t Applied?

Don’t worry you can apply for a course when you come along to our enrolment drop in sessions.  Some courses require an interview which we will do there and then and with other courses you just enrol straight away. School Leavers need to bring all their GCSE results with them when enrolling on a full time Vocational, A Level or Apprenticeship course.

For our Apprenticeship programmes you will need an employer but if you don’t have a job then come in and see us and we may be able to help you find suitable employment. We have a range of Apprenticeship vacancies which can be viewed HERE.

What Do I Need to Bring?

All you need to do is bring any proof of qualifications and if you are in receipt of benefits any recent evidence.

If you are unemployed and on Job Seekers Allowance or Employment Support Allowance (Work Related Activity Group) or you are in receipt of one of the following benefits; Council Tax Benefit, Housing Benefit, Income Support, Pension Credit, Universal Credit or Contribution Based ESA (unless in the Work Related Activity Group) and studying Entry Level to Level 2 courses your fees will be FREE.

Unemployed students who are a named dependent on any of the above benefits including Working Tax Credit (threshold £18,000), fees will be FREE

Receipt of a copy of the benefit must be provided.  If you are aged 24 and over and enrolling for a full level 3 or 4 course, you may apply for an Advanced Learning Loan.

What is an Advanced Learner Loan?

The Advanced Learner Loan is opening doors to further education for those over the age of 19 who may not have previously considered going back into study.  The minimum loan you can get is £300 and is dependent on the course you are studying.  Paid directly to the College, the support of the Advanced Learner Loan means you don’t have to pay all fees upfront.

It is easy to apply for, there is no means testing or credit checks and repayments only start when you are earning over £21k.

Courses applicable for an Advanced Learner Loan are marked up in our Part-Time Prospectus with the ALL symbol.
