Pre-Post Surgery Rehabilitation
Our Aim is to return you to work to your chosen sport, place of work or activities of daily living. Offering advice and instruction on exercise to alleviate injuries and strengthen or protect the area of your body where an injury has occurred.
Your Aim of returning to our previous level of activity, as fit as you were pre-injury, is obtained with a multi-action Individual Treatment and Rehabilitation Program.
MC Therapy diagnoses, treats and rehabilitates your injuries via a comprehensive specialist clinical assessment. Up-to-date evidence based techniques are provided to not only manage your pain but identify and address the cause. MC Therapy has access to leading specialist surgeons and imaging consultants, amongst other healthcare professionals.

Sports and Remedial Injuries
The muscular and skeletal system can be subject to many sudden and on-going chronic traumas. These stresses sometimes result in injury, with a cycle of on-going problems. It is essential that the correct management regime is implemented to break the cycle and return you to full function in sport or occupationally.
Sports and Remedial Massage
As part of a rehabilitation programme or as a maintenance strategy. Massage is the manipulation of soft tissue, using various techniques. Many conditions can be addressed both physical and stress related.

Therapists at MC Therapy have extensive experience in clinical practice and professional sport.
Will Short: Will has worked full-time at Doncaster Rovers Football Club with the first team and reserves before heading the first team and whole medical department at Darlington Football Club. Working in private clinics and supporting athletes with strength and conditioning programmes also supports his experience.
Karen Beattie: Karen has been involved full-time in the London 2012 Olympic Games. A highly regarded member of the successful 'Team GB', Karen has overseen the British Volleyball squads. Working for the English Institute of Sport and the NHS also support her range of experience.
